Background: Vaughn Du Preez has seven years I.T sales experience in both service and product sales. Vaughn has worked for companies the likes of ASG Computers in Corporate Sales, managing a team of sales representatives and consultants. He was also IT manager for Megatron Federal, whilst also being the accounts manager for another of the five companies in the group Federal Electric. He then decided to venture out and start his own company, BID Consulting.

He was the Managing Director of BID Consulting and established a successful IT consulting company by Partnering with companies such as Sightings Design, Steadex, Anyfill Africa and Tillcor International. The Relationship between Sightings and Bid Consulting grew and the decision was made to merge the two companies into one company under the Sightings Brand and Vaughn was appointed Business Development Manager.

Background: Glen Tancott has attained the following qualifications whilst at Academy International, a MCSE, A+, N+ and a Security +. Directly after completing his diploma he began working at EGL where he maintained 4 nationwide branches, a total of +/- 120 workstations and 4 servers. We worked closely with Verizon and Telkom in the process.

Glen has established himself as an integral part of the team, upon joining Sightings he saw an opportunity and took the initiative to make the company more money, secure our network and provide an even better service to our clients. Using his connections with Verizon he was able to negotiate an excellent deal on our dedicated servers. Sightings was able to upgrade our servers to be a more powerful and stable platform for our clients hosting.

Background: Gaynore Adams Studied at Damelin Computer School and qualified as a Web Master. Gaynore Adams was the first employee of Sightings Design, and was hired directly after leaving college and completing her internship with Sightings, under the watchful eye of Brandon Tancott. She has since been an active and extremely valuable member of the team. Her creative, consistently happy and playful nature has attracted many clients to Sightings and her work has gained the recognition of her peers.

Gaynore is remarkably creative but also extremely analytical, since all of her websites have to be 100% standards compliant, this is no easy feet for a junior web designer, she has accomplished more than most would in this industry at such a young age.

Background: Charles Coleman joined Sightings in 2006 as a web developer, after he became interested in the internet and online application development. He has studied at UNISA for Computer Science and at University of Pretoria as a Software Engineer for over 3 years before he jumped straight in at Sightings. His knowledge of systems, mathematics and database architecture has allowed him to develop extremely powerful applications.

Charles is a Computer and Internet veteran; he goes no where with out an internet connection or keyboard. He is constantly learning, exploring and developing his knowledge and skills. This determination has seen him out do many senior developers in a very short amount of time. Sightings Design sees an extremely promising career for this young developer.
